Nickisfitness

A Small Business Adaptation Grant of £5,258 from Derbyshire Dales District Council enabled the purchase of 3 specialist reformer pilates machines by Nicole Furniss, owner of NIckisfitness. The machines help support health and wellbeing and are an increasingly popular form of fitness exercise.

The investment is helping the business through increased turnover/productivity. Nicole has increased her skills by undertaking a 4 week training programme to enable her to operate the machines and deliver this new services for people in the local community. She has also introduced an online booking system to free up more of her time and produce efficiencies. .

Nicole Furniss (Owner) says:

I am so grateful for the Small Business Adaptation Grant from Derbyshire Dales District Council. It has allowed me to expand the business to deliver reformer pilates as well as mat pilates, reaching a much wider demographic and has also helped massively towards the admin of the business, freeing up more time to deliver more sessions.
