Fit Missions

Fit Missions is a gym based in Bakewell, with an aim to help people achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. They offer a variety of classes including strength training, workouts, weightlifting and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Also personalised fitness plans, one-on-one training sessions, nutritional advice and wellness support.

The £4,749 Small Business Adaptation grant was to enable the gym to open up classes for an older demographic through the use of equipment that enables low impact training. Also to better serve the current client base.

Through being awarded a Small Business Adaptation grant, Fit Missions has been able to extend our services to a wider demographic within Bakewell and the surrounding areas. Our current client base have also benefitted from the grant with he use of the equipment we have been able to add to our current inventory.
