Brosterfield Engineering Services/Peak Tractors is a small family business which provides services in the agricultural machinery maintenance, quarry equipment, drilling and utilities industries. The company specialises in hydraulic hose and equipment repairs - offering onsite repairs for breakdowns, welding and general engineering .
The £14,252 Business Development Grant has enabled the company to purchase a new CNC Plasma Cutter to provide customers with a fast local service for producing one off special parts. This latest technology has also allowed them to quote for work at a more competitive price and they have consequently recently won a large contact to make special drill rod baskets for one of the UK largest drilling companies.
